Schedule a Teams meeting from Outlook

Most businesses have Teams and Outlook connected. Setting an appointment in applications means it will appear in the other application.

At the time of recording this tip, Teams does not allow delegate access to Teams calendars. That means that PAs are best to use delegated access from Outlook to send on behalf of others.
