Record and share a Teams meeting

Microsoft Teams alerts participants that the meeting is being recorded. But it is best practice to let everyone know.

Recording meetings can be beneficial for a variety of reasons:

Catching up on meetings you couldn't attend. You can pick up a lot more information than from notes.
First-time training or refresher training.
Induction.
Verifying details.

Meetings are stored in an area called Microsoft Stream and are searchable.
