Luisa Marques celebrates her 17th anniversary at The Final Step

Congratulations, Luisa

On 14th March, 2006, Luisa Marques joined the team at The Final Step as a Junior Administrator, thinking she would give it a go and see what happens.

However, Luisa's approach to "giving it a go" is amazingly intelligent and practical. She has risen to a series of challenges taking on the roles Administrator, Office Manager, PA to Raja and now General Manager.

Luisa has proved to be a highly capable problem-solver, juggler of commitments and manager of people and processes. I don't think we've ever had someone so adept at fulfilling their own and others' potential.

Thanks for a stellar 17 years and knowing how to work hard, ask a lot and maintain a sense of fun.
