We are delighted to have won the 'MSP with the best work culture' category at the SuperOps.ai MSP Awards 2022.

We are delighted to share that our Service Desk Engineer Greg Petenyi has completed his first six months at The Final Step.

Here are a few highlights from Greg's first 180 days at The Final Step!

- Taken over 800 calls since starting with us
- Received positive feedback on 50+ tickets
- Worked with Faye and Sam to help streamline licence provisioning
- Worked towards his first Microsoft Exams
- Helped the team win at ClueQuest and celebrate Christmas
